We know that pregnancy, parenting and healthy loving relationships can be profoundly wonderful, yet often challenging and romanticised in culture, while the very real struggles are silenced. The Nest Club was founded in 2018 in response to a clear and growing need - therapy that genuinely reflects the realities of modern life. Accessible. Inclusive. Compassionate. From a small idea - to support parents and couples in the moments that matter most - The Nest Club has grown into a trusted online space where therapy is no longer a last resort, but an everyday act of care.
From a long fertility journey or complicated pregnancy to the chaos of parenting and the complexities of relationships, we know that mental health support is often last on the list. We believe it should be part of everyday care, helping people not just to get through, but to truly thrive. We’re here for the moments when life feels heavy, confusing, overwhelming, or just a little off. Whether you’re in a difficult place or simply wanting to prioritise your wellbeing, you’ll find compassionate, qualified therapists at The Nest Club ready to listen and support.
Working in collaboration with the NHS, public health and leading figures in obstetrics, midwifery, we launched to transform the approach to care and support for parents, couples and families. With so few receiving the care and support they need particularly when it comes to mental health and wellness during some of the biggest and most important journeys in life, our mission now is to find ways to offer a more affordable, accessible, high quality approach to psychotherapy and counselling.
We believe that if every parent to be, every parent, every couple, every family had access to the support they needed, it would massively improve the social and economic welfare of the nation. When families are supported, relationships are more stable, children thrive, workplaces are healthier, and communities are more resilient. Access to timely, compassionate psychological care is not a luxury, it's the foundation that creates stability and protects wellbeing.
Some of the most wonderfully dedicated, compassionate and awe-inspiring experts in the health and wellness space have supported The Nest Club along the way since its launch in 2018.
