Therapists Who
Truly Understand

Let’s take parenthood. Often painted as natural, joyful, and instinctive. The reality? It can be overwhelming, lonely, and full of struggles. From fertility treatment and pregnancy loss to identity shifts, relationship strain, and the juggle of work and parenting; it’s no wonder so many feel under-supported. We are a collective of warm, grounded, and compassionate therapists who specialise in supporting people through tricky times in life. We meet you human-to-human, not from a super intellectual place. Our team is diverse, highly qualified, and registered/accredited. Each brings their own expertise and has had their own personal journey, but all share one mission: to help you feel better. Whether you’re deciding if parenthood is right for you, coping with loss, rebuilding intimacy, navigating change, or struggling with the return to work; we’re here for all of it.

Need Some Help
Finding your Therapist?

Finding the right therapist shouldn’t feel overwhelming. At The Nest Club, we take the time to understand what you need and connect you with a therapist who genuinely fits you and your situation. You can explore our therapists directly or get in touch and we’ll guide you personally. All enquiries are confidential. If you’d like to speak with us, email hello@thenestclub.co.uk — we’re here to help you find the right support.

FAQs

The Nest Club supports individuals, couples and families navigating some of life’s most meaningful transitions. Many of our clients come to us around fertility journeys, pregnancy, baby loss, abortion, postnatal mental health, parenting challenges, relationship difficulties and identity shifts. We also work with a wide range of emotional concerns including anxiety, low mood, stress, burnout, grief and life transitions. You don’t need to be in crisis to begin — therapy can simply be a place to reflect, understand yourself more deeply and find steadier ways forward.

Booking is simple. You can browse our therapists, read about their experience and choose someone who feels like the right fit. Once you’ve selected a therapist, you can view their availability and book a session directly online. If you’d prefer some guidance, our Therapist Match service can help suggest a therapist who may suit your needs.

No. Only one partner needs to create the booking and account. Both of you will then attend the session together using the same appointment link, which can mean you can be in different places.

You can explore therapist profiles on our website, where you’ll find information about each therapist’s training, approach and areas of expertise. Many people choose based on the therapist’s experience, specialism or simply who they feel drawn to. If you’re unsure, our Therapist Match service can help guide you towards someone who may be a good fit.

Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled through your account. We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment. This allows your therapist time to offer the slot to another client.

Therapy work usually takes place within the session itself. If you need to contact your therapist about scheduling or practical matters, this can be done. For therapeutic discussions, it’s best to bring these into your next session where they can be properly explored.

Session fees vary depending on the type of therapy you choose. You’ll always see the session fee clearly displayed when booking. We also offer lower-fee therapy options through our trainee therapists to help make support more accessible.

Once you’ve booked your first session, you can arrange ongoing weekly or regular sessions directly with your therapist. Many clients choose to keep the same time each week to create consistency and momentum.

All sessions take place online via secure video. This allows you to attend therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space, wherever you are.

Therapy sessions are confidential and handled with great care. What you discuss with your therapist stays between you, except in rare safeguarding situations where there is a serious risk of harm. Your privacy and trust are central to the therapeutic relationship.

Sometimes emails can land in spam or junk folders, so it’s worth checking there first. You may also want to ensure your email address is entered correctly in your account and that you have checked the boxes that allow for emails/notifications. If problems continue, our team can help — simply contact us at hello@thenestclub.co.uk and we’ll look into it.

Some organisations partner with The Nest Club to provide therapy for their employees. If your employer offers this support, you will receive instructions on how to book through your workplace programme. If you’re unsure, you can check with your HR team or contact us at hello@thenestclub.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.
