
I’m a Psychologist and Trauma Therapist committed to offering a warm, compassionate environment where clients can navigate life’s challenges safely and at their own pace. I specialise in trauma work and support individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, bereavement, life transitions, complex family situations, substance misuse, domestic violence, and sexual or physical abuse.
Since qualifying in 2006, I’ve trained in several therapeutic modalities and always create a tailored approach for each person I work with. I combine talking therapy with techniques such as CBT, EMDR, arts-based therapy, breathwork, visual exercises, and parts work to help clients reach the root of their difficulties and begin to heal. I’m passionate about therapy and believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to feel understood, supported, and whole.
I have extensive experience working with adults, young people, and children across the UK, Hungary, and Malaysia in a wide range of settings. I offer psychotherapy in both English and Hungarian.
Since becoming a parent myself, I’ve felt especially drawn to supporting individuals and couples through fertility challenges, birth trauma, relationship difficulties, and the profound transitions that come with parenthood.
I’m passionate about walking alongside people during life-altering stages with empathy, steadiness, and care.
