About Tristan Warr

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work within their ethical frameworks and professional standards.

My journey into this work was shaped by my own experience of counselling through unexpected and difficult life changes, which gave me a deep respect for the courage it takes to seek support. Pre-COVID, I spent 15 years working as a children’s and youth coordinator, supporting families across a wide range of settings. Years later, I returned to the field from a different perspective, as a counsellor. During my time as a practitioner, I have worked across several charities with a focus on family life. I now work with The Nest Club, where I strongly identify with its mission to support people through fertility, pregnancy, postnatal life, parenthood, and relationships. I believe these seasons deserve care, compassion, and emotionally safe spaces where people can feel held, understood, and supported.

My approach is relational, integrative, and compassion-focused, supporting clients to develop self-understanding, resilience, and emotional safety. I work with individuals, offering a safe, non-judgemental space where people can be fully themselves.

My areas of specialism include fertility journeys, miscarriage and loss, pregnancy, perinatal and postnatal wellbeing, life transitions, identity, and anxiety.

I believe these seasons in life deserve care, compassion, and emotionally safe spaces where people can feel held, understood, and supported
