I am an Integrative Counsellor with a degree in Therapeutic Counselling and Psychotherapy. I work with adults and young people, offering therapy in both English and Polish. I feel deeply connected to the Nest Club’s mission and am privileged to support clients on journeys through parenthood.
I deeply empathise with those navigating challenges related to infertility or facing loss, having been through similar experiences myself at different stages of my life. Becoming a mother allowed me to view my life from a new perspective, reshaping my beliefs and sense of meaning. I am passionate about supporting those who are still searching for answers and need to be truly heard while navigating a journey that is often lonely, frightening, and deeply overwhelming.
As a person-centred counsellor, I place my clients’ needs at the heart of my work, meeting them where they are and working with whatever they bring into the therapeutic space. My integrative approach is grounded in Person-Centred therapy and CBT and is tailored to the unique needs of each client.
I have experience supporting individuals with a wide range of difficulties, including low mood, depression, anxiety, grief, guilt, relationship issues, emotional challenges, work-related stress, burnout, self-esteem difficulties, negative thought patterns, self-harm, sexual and gender identity concerns, and cultural or neurodiversity-related struggles
I am passionate about supporting those who are still searching for answers and need to be truly heard while navigating a journey that is often lonely, frightening, and deeply overwhelming.
