About Sarah Fulton

I am a Psychotherapist, fully accredited with NCPS, and currently completing my Doctorate in Counselling Psychology at the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling. My doctoral research explores the lived experience of men going through the IVF process; a topic close to my heart and central to my work supporting individuals and couples through fertility and parenthood.

With significant clinical experience, I’m dedicated to helping people navigate the many transitions that come with fertility, pregnancy, parenthood, relationships and everything in between. Change can be both exciting and challenging, and my aim is to provide a compassionate, reflective, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences and find balance and meaning along the way.

I work integratively, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychoanalytic, and Existential perspectives, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs. Alongside my private practice, I have extensive experience within the NHS, supporting clients with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.

Change can be both exciting and challenging. My aim is to provide a compassionate, reflective, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences and find balance and meaning along the way.
