About Camilla Small – Richards

I work with both adults and children in one-to-one therapy and also have experience facilitating group sessions for perinatal and postnatal women. My practice is rooted in Person-Centred and Psychodynamic approaches, offering a compassionate, reflective, and client-led space where you can explore your experiences safely and at your own pace.

I’ve supported clients through a wide range of issues, including perinatal and postnatal depression and anxiety, trauma, abuse, racism, baby loss, fertility challenges, addiction, and bereavement. I’m committed to meeting each person where they are, with empathy and respect for their individual story.

I feel deeply connected to The Nest Club’s mission, which recognises the transition from pregnancy to parenthood as one of life’s most profound and often most overlooked experiences. It can be a time of deep connection, but also one of loneliness and challenge. My aim is to help parents and parents-to-be feel heard, understood, and less alone as they navigate this powerful stage of life.
