About Carly Coren

I’m an Accredited Integrative Counsellor (MBACP Accredited) with over 10 years’ experience working one-to-one with women from diverse ages, cultures and backgrounds. I offer a supportive and collaborative space where each person can feel heard, valued and empowered to explore their own unique journey towards healing and growth.

I trained for four years at The Minster Centre in London, completing an Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy qualification. My approach is warm and relational, drawing on psychodynamic and person-centred theory, attachment theory, trauma-informed practice, and psychoeducation.

Alongside my private practice, I work with a women’s charity supporting survivors of domestic abuse and individuals navigating anxiety, self-doubt, trauma, and major life transitions. I have a particular interest in supporting people through fertility challenges, pregnancy, postnatal experiences, and the identity shifts that can accompany early parenthood. These times can bring complex emotions, from overwhelm and anxiety to grief, isolation, or a sense of losing yourself, often made harder by the pressure to appear as though you’re coping.

I feel deeply connected to The Nest Club’s mission to offer compassionate, specialist support. My aim is to provide a space to slow down, reflect, and gently reconnect with yourself especially when life feels demanding or overwhelming.
