When your people
thrive your
business thrives

We partner with you to create a wellbeing strategy that supports employees through life’s biggest transitions - through individual and couple's therapy, group support and leadership training.

It can be difficult navigating life’s challenges alone

At The Nest Club, we specialise in therapy and workshops that support employees through the stages that matter most: fertility journeys, pregnancy, the postnatal period, parenthood, identity shifts, and relationship challenges. These are moments that, if supported well, can make all the difference — for employees and for employers.

We also focus on prevention and early help, stepping in before challenges reach crisis point, while being ready to provide specialist care when needed.

How The Nest
Club Works With
Your Business

We partner with you to create a wellbeing strategy that supports employees through life’s biggest transitions. Our offer is simple: accessible, expert-led care that helps your people feel seen, understood, and equipped to manage change, and in turn, helps your organisation thrive.

One to One Therapy

Confidential, quick-access sessions with HCPC, BACP, or UKCP therapists, available online with no waitlists or referral - for fertility treatment, pregnancy, parenthood, stress and anxiety, identity shifts, and return-to-work transitions.

Relationship Counselling

Healthy relationships at home and at work reduce stress and increase focus at work. We provide specialist relationship therapy to help employees maintain stability and resilience during demanding times.

Therapeutic Coaching

Therapeutic Coaching offers a supportive space to explore what’s holding employees back, understand patterns and unhelpful behaviours, and gain clarity around the changes for better productivity and performance.

Workshop & Talks

Therapist-designed, therapist-led sessions on topics such as fertility in the workplace, navigating parental leave, return-to-work planning, resilience, and identity.

Self-Guided Resources

Therapist-created materials on sleep, identity after parenthood, setting boundaries, communication, and stress management — practical tools employees can access anytime.

Training for Leaders & HR

Equip managers and HR teams with the skills to support employees sensitively and effectively. Build a workplace culture where staff feel safe to bring their whole selves to work.

Why It Counts

Supporting employees through fertility, pregnancy, postnatal life, and parenthood isn’t just good care — it’s smart business. These life stages are some of the most disruptive for employees, directly affecting wellbeing, performance, and retention. With the right support, the benefits are felt across the board.
Retention
Risk
1 in 4 new parents consider leaving their jobs in the first year after returning from leave (Working Families, 2023). Proactive support reduces costly turnover.
Stronger
Relationships
67% of couples report a decline in relationship satisfaction after children (Gottman Institute). Relationship strain impacts productivity, absence,
and focus at work.
Better
Mental Health
Perinatal mental health problems affect up to 20% of women and 10% of men, costing UK employers an £8.1 billion annually in lost productivity (Centre for Mental Health).
Engagement
Payoff
73% of HR leaders report that family focused support boosts loyalty, culture and retention (CIPD). It sends a clear message: people, not just performance, matters.

Why The Nest Club Is Different

Most workplace wellbeing schemes and EAPs take a broad, surface-level approach. We do something different.

Specialist expertise

We focus on the life stages most often overlooked: fertility, pregnancy, postnatal life, parenting, identity shifts, and relationships. These are the moments where support makes the biggest difference for both employee and employer.

Real access, not red tape

No waiting lists, no assessments that take weeks, no “call centre” model. Therapy is available quickly, at the point of need.

Depth, not a quick fix

While many EAPs limit employees to a handful of sessions, we offer continuity of care for as long as it’s needed.

Human connection first

Our therapists are real people, chosen with care, not faceless names on a rota. Employees can choose their therapist or be thoughtfully matched.

Inclusive by design

We support every kind of family: birthing and non-birthing parents, LGBTQ+ families, solo parents, blended families, and non-traditional structures.

We speak your language

With a background in HR and the corporate world, we understand the realities of business: the pressure on managers, the complexity of retention, and the cost of losing great people. We get it, because we’ve been there.

Designed for Work-Life

We’re pioneers of family-friendly therapy. This isn’t a tick-box benefit — it’s a proactive way to change workplace culture, retention, and wellbeing for the long term.

Where others offer generic, time-limited support, The Nest Club provides specialist, ongoing care that meets employees where life and work come together.

Organisation FAQs

The Nest Club supports your organisation by providing specialist psychological care for employees navigating fertility, pregnancy, the postnatal period, parenting, relationship strain and other defining life transitions. We offer therapist-led workshops, short-term counselling pathways, couples support, family therapy and tailored programmes designed to sit alongside your existing wellbeing provision. Our focus is preventative and relational; helping employees feel steadier at home so they can function more sustainably at work. By supporting people through these pivotal moments, organisations often see improved retention, reduced absence, stronger engagement and a workplace culture that feels genuinely human. We work flexibly, online, and in partnership with HR and leadership teams to ensure support is accessible, discreet and aligned with your values.

We offer a range of specialist psychological and relational support, designed for individuals, couples, families and organisations.

One-to-one therapy
Confidential psychotherapy and counselling for individuals navigating fertility, pregnancy, postnatal challenges, parenting, identity shifts, grief, anxiety, relationship strain and life transitions.

Couples and relationship counselling
Support to strengthen communication, repair trust, manage conflict, and reconnect — at any stage of a relationship.

Therapeutic coaching
Forward-focused, psychologically informed coaching for clients navigating change, return to work, leadership pressure, identity questions and life crossroads.

Workshops and talks
Therapist-led sessions for organisations on topics such as fertility in the workplace, parental leave, returning to work, resilience, identity and relational wellbeing.

Training for leaders and HR teams
Practical, psychologically grounded training to help managers confidently support employees through family-related transitions and sensitive life events.

Self-guided resources
Thoughtfully designed digital guides and tools offering accessible, expert support for those who prefer to begin privately or alongside therapy.

All services are delivered with warmth, clinical expertise and a deep understanding of how personal life and professional life intersect.

Specialist focus
We are not a general wellbeing provider. Our expertise sits specifically in fertility, reproductive health, pregnancy, postnatal adjustment, parenting, relationships and family life — the areas that most often impact performance, retention and absence, yet are rarely addressed properly.

Therapist-led, clinically grounded
All of our work is designed and delivered by qualified psychotherapists. This isn’t surface-level wellbeing content — it’s psychologically informed, trauma-aware and relationally intelligent support.

Preventative, not just reactive
We support employees before crisis point. By offering early, steady intervention, organisations reduce longer-term absence, burnout and disengagement.

Relational approach
We understand that employees don’t operate in isolation. When relationships at home are under strain, work is affected. By supporting couples and families, not just individuals, we create wider stability.

Flexible and discreet
Online delivery, no referral barriers, and confidential pathways make access simple and stigma-free. We work alongside HR and leadership teams without adding complexity.

Culture-shaping impact
Partnering with The Nest Club signals that your organisation recognises employees as whole people. That commitment strengthens trust, loyalty and long-term engagement.

Our pricing depends on the level of support your organisation is looking for — whether that’s one-to-one counselling pathways, workshops and talks, leadership training, or a more comprehensive partnership. Because our work is therapist-led and clinically grounded, we prioritise quality, depth and impact over volume. We’ll always design a proposal that reflects your organisation’s size, needs and ambitions, rather than offering a one-size-fits-all package.

If you’re interested in exploring options, we’d be glad to have a conversation. Please contact hello@thenestclub.co.uk and we’ll share further details.

Access is simple and confidential. Employees can self-refer directly, without needing to go through HR or a manager. They’re able to browse available therapists, choose who feels like the right fit, or use a matching service for guidance. Appointments are booked online at times that work around work and home life, with sessions delivered securely and discreetly. For organisations, we provide clear onboarding information and communication materials so employees understand exactly how to access support — easily and privately.

Yes. All therapy and counselling sessions are completely confidential. What is discussed in the therapy room — online or otherwise — stays between the employee and their therapist. We adhere to professional and ethical standards set by recognised governing bodies, and privacy is treated with the utmost care. The only exceptions to confidentiality are the standard safeguarding situations that apply across all regulated psychotherapy services, where there is a serious risk of harm. For organisational partnerships, employers are never given access to the content of sessions. Engagement data may be shared in anonymised, aggregated form where agreed, but individual conversations remain private.
