About Daniel Jaeger

I am a BACP registered Psychotherapist and I hold a Master’s degree in Person Centred Experiential Counselling and Psychotherapy Practice from the University of Nottingham, beginning my academic training in psychology at Simon Fraser University in Canada.

I work primarily with adults and couples and provides therapy in English. My work is grounded in person centred psychotherapy, delivered through a clear and structured therapeutic process designed to help clients understand the patterns driving emotional and relational difficulties. I work collaboratively with clients to identify what may be maintaining distress, clarify goals, and develop meaningful, lasting change.

I support clients with anxiety, burnout, identity challenges, self-esteem, neurodiversity related experiences such as ADHD, and major life transitions. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals and couples navigating fertility journeys, pregnancy, early parenthood, relationship changes, and the emotional complexity that can arise during these periods.

I am passionate about The Nest Club’s mission because the transitions surrounding fertility, pregnancy, and parenthood are often profound psychological moments that deserve thoughtful, skilled support.

I believe therapy can provide a grounded space where individuals and couples gain clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of direction during these important stages of life.
