Lucia Micheluzzi

I’m a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor and an Executive and Therapeutic Coach. I’m a registered member of the BACP and a senior accredited member of the EMCC, offering sessions in both English and Italian. I work with individuals and couples, providing a safe, empathetic, and non-judgemental space to explore life’s challenges and transitions.

My approach is holistic and creative, blending counselling and coaching tools to foster clarity, resilience, and choice in the present moment. Drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities, I tailor each session to the individual or couple in the room, honouring their uniqueness and innate capacity for insight and transformation. I believe that with the right support, everyone holds the potential to discover their own answers and path forward.

My areas of expertise include relationship dynamics, whether within marriage, civil partnership, or other long-term commitments, as well as fertility, pregnancy, perinatal and postnatal transitions, and identity shifts across parenthood and midlife.

I feel deeply aligned with The Nest Club’s mission to support people through these delicate and defining life transitions with creativity, emotional attunement, and care.
