I’m an Integrative Psychotherapist with experience in supporting people through a wide range of emotional challenges and life transitions. My work spans brief, solution-focused therapy as well as deeper, transformative psychotherapy, and I have experience helping people navigate moments of acute overwhelm or crisis. I’ve worked within employee assistance programmes, private practice, and the charity sector.
As a mother of two, I have a particular interest in wellbeing during fertility journeys, pregnancy, and parenthood and in exploring how our own childhood experiences shape the ways we relate to our children, partners, and ourselves.
My approach is holistic, combining talking therapy with body awareness and movement. I draw on evidence-based and experiential methods, including Internal Family Systems, body-oriented work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, emotion regulation, self-compassion, and mindfulness.
I see psychotherapy as a collaborative and evolving process, unique to each person. My aim is to meet you where you are, creating a supportive space to deepen self-understanding and move toward greater authenticity, balance, and contentment in your life.
