I’m a UKCP Accredited Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, and Group Facilitator, offering a safe and confidential space to begin your therapeutic journey without fear or judgement. I work with individuals and draw from a range of approaches, including Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Existential, and Person-Centred therapies to support each person’s unique needs and experiences.
My clinical work spans a wide range of areas, including anxiety, depression, fertility, pregnancy, perinatal and postnatal transitions, attachment, self-esteem, neurodiversity, redundancy, work–life balance, and spirituality. I aim to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen and heard, where their stories and histories are acknowledged and affirmed.
In an ever-changing world, I believe therapy should be accessible, inclusive, and responsive to the complexity of our lives. This is why I feel deeply connected to The Nest Club’s mission — supporting people through fertility, pregnancy, postnatal life, and parenthood with warmth, understanding, and care.
