I’m a Psychotherapist with a degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and for over six years I’ve supported people through life’s messy and meaningful transitions. Alongside my private practice, I’ve worked with children’s and women’s charities, helping clients to navigate everything from loss and self-doubt to rediscovering confidence and joy.
My approach is person-centred and grounded in empathy. I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can feel truly heard and understood; a place to make sense of whatever you’re carrying. Together, we can explore small, practical steps or new perspectives that help you move forward and reconnect with yourself.
Becoming a mum reshaped the way I see both therapy and life. It showed me how profound the transition into parenthood can be; the joy, the exhaustion, the shifting sense of identity, and the moments when you hardly recognise yourself or your relationship. It can be beautiful one minute and overwhelming the next.
These experiences deepened my passion for supporting people through pregnancy, postnatal life, body image changes, identity shifts, and relationship transitions. They’re the very reasons I feel so aligned with The Nest Club’s mission to nurture and support parents with genuine empathy and care.
Together, we can explore small, practical steps or new perspectives that help you move forward and reconnect with yourself.
