I’m a fully licensed Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and a registered member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I work with individuals in both private practice and as a Principal Adult Psychotherapist within the NHS.
As a psychodynamic therapist, I work with the understanding that our present experiences are shaped by our past, often in ways we’re not fully aware of. This can lead to familiar patterns repeating in our relationship with ourselves and others, leaving us feeling stuck or unsure how to move forward.
I offer a safe, confidential space to reflect on what you’re going through, a space where you can express what has felt difficult to put into words. Together, we will explore what lies beneath your struggles and find a way forward that feels meaningful and grounded.
As a father, step-father, and partner in a blended family with children who each have their own distinct needs, I understand many of the challenges that arise in modern family life. I’m passionate about supporting Nest Club clients as they navigate their own versions of these experiences, as parents, partners, and individuals with identities and needs of their own.
Together, we will explore what lies beneath your struggles and find a way forward that feels meaningful and grounded.
