About Allison Dolnik

I’m an Integrative Psychotherapist and ADHD-informed Coach, supporting clients in understanding their unique brain and the ways they may thrive in some environments while finding others more challenging. My work blends therapeutic models, including systemic practice, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, CBT, and DBT — with coaching approaches that help clients process their experiences while uncovering their strengths, resources, and capacity for change.

I have a special interest in neurodevelopmental conditions, mood difficulties, anxiety, and emotional regulation. As someone with ADHD myself, I bring both clinical understanding and lived experience to my work. I know how empowering it can be to feel seen, understood, and supported, and I aim to offer a space where each person can explore their story with compassion, curiosity, and hope.

I am very much aligned with The Nest Club’s mission to support parents and carers through the many transitions of family life. I’m particularly passionate about helping those navigating parenthood while responding to challenging behaviours or emotional needs in their children, moments that can feel overwhelming, but also full of possibility for connection and growth.

I know how empowering it can be to feel seen, understood, and supported, and I aim to offer a space where each person can explore their story with compassion, curiosity, and hope.
