About Rebecca Moseley

I’m a compassionate, trauma-informed Psychotherapist offering a calm, welcoming space, where you can bring whatever feels too much and be met with understanding and acceptance. My approach is warm, non-judgemental, and grounded in care, helping you explore your experiences safely and at your own pace.

My path into psychotherapy was deeply personal. After experiencing significant bereavement, pregnancy trauma (including hyperemesis gravidarum), and the challenges of adjusting postpartum, I sought therapy myself, an experience that inspired me to retrain as a therapist. I went on to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy, supporting clients through placements with Cruse Bereavement and Building Stronger Families.

Since qualifying, I’ve established a busy private practice working with adults and young people and I provide counselling in secondary schools through a local charity. I’m particularly passionate about supporting families and understand first-hand the pressures of modern family life on parents, carers, and children.

I feel deeply connected to The Nest Club’s mission to nurture and support families through the emotional realities of fertility, pregnancy, and parenthood with empathy, honesty, and care.

My approach is warm, non-judgemental, and grounded in care, helping you explore your experiences safely and at your own pace.
