I am a BACP-accredited psychotherapist and addictions counsellor with a Master’s degree in Addiction Psychology and Counselling and a background in philosophy. I work with individuals, couples, and families, supporting them through fertility challenges, pregnancy, postnatal adjustment, relationship strain, and life’s major transitions.
My approach is warm, relational, and integrative, drawing on humanistic, psychodynamic, and philosophical perspectives. I offer a compassionate space where clients can explore their emotions, manage distress, and strengthen their connection with themselves and others. I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, and addiction, and understand how these can affect relationships and the emotional experience of fertility and family life.
Having personally navigated a fertility journey with my wife, I bring both professional insight and lived empathy to my work. I practise in English and Spanish, welcoming both individuals and couples seeking support.
I feel deeply aligned with The Nest Club’s mission to help people move through fertility, pregnancy, and parenthood with compassion, connection, and hope
