My journey into psychotherapy evolved from years of working with children and families in health and social care. As a British woman of Indian origin, my practice is culturally sensitive and inclusive, grounded in deep respect for each person’s unique story and context. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and am a registered member of the BACP, working in full accordance with their ethical framework.
I practise as an integrative therapist with a psychodynamic focus, exploring relationships through an attachment lens and recognise how early experiences of connection shape our ways of relating to others. I believe that the therapeutic relationship itself is central to healing; a safe and supportive space where insight and growth can unfold naturally.
In private practice, I work with adults navigating complex life experiences, including parenthood, trauma, anxiety, bereavement, and relationship difficulties. I aim to meet each client where they are in their journey, offering warmth, curiosity, and care.
I feel deeply aligned with The Nest Club’s mission to support people through life’s most profound transitions with empathy, inclusivity, and understanding.
